I've been to 41 countries. I've slept in hostels in Hanoi, gotten lost in cities where I couldn't read a single sign, and learned to trust people I'd known for ten minutes. What all of that taught me is that a place is never really about the buildings. It's about how it feels to wake up there.
That's the lens I bring to the west metro. I moved here, I stayed here, and I know the difference between a street that photographs well and one you'll actually love in February. Those are not the same street, and no listing description will ever tell you which is which.
I got into real estate because I was tired of watching good people get sold to. The industry runs on urgency and flattery, and both are cheap. I'd rather lose a deal than push you into a house that drains wrong, sits on a bad school line, or costs more than the block can support.
So here's how I work. I'll show you the comps that hurt my own argument. I'll tell you when a bay is overpriced and when it's the buy of the year. And when you ask me a question, you'll get the real answer, not the one that moves you toward a signature faster.
That's the whole pitch. I know nine communities cold, I answer my own phone, and I treat your money like it's harder to earn than mine.
